Hi Jenny / Graham / Dianne,

In response to your above questions,

The format More Customers Made Easy comes in is PDF approximately twice a month.

It is very different to the Cashflow Advertising Manual (available at www.copywritingthatsells.com.au/cashflow). Cashflow Advertising is designed to take you through the A-Z aspects of creating copy for any purpose. More Customers Made Easy gives you templates and examples which allow you to create new ways of generating customers.

The best way of explaining it is that in More Customers Made Easy I don't so much show you how to catch and cook the fish... I give it to you cooked to perfection and cut up into edible pieces.

Most businesses only have one way of generating new customers (newspaper ads, phone directory ads, telemarketing, etc). This puts you at risk, because if that method stops working for whatever reason, then you're in trouble.

The purpose of More Customers Made Easy is to give you multiple ways of promoting your business, so your business is rock solid.

And once you get customers coming to you, you are only dealing with qualified people.

Also, I am trying to keep the price as low as possible, because I know the economy is a little tough at the moment and I want to make this affordable to all my subscribers to try out. My hope is that you'll love the first few lessons and stay with me for the full year (it's a 12 month program).

Graham, I am planning to intersperse MP3 recordings intermittently throughout the program, as I see the value in this, however the majority of the course will be easy-to-read and digest PDF documents on a fortnightly basis.

They are easier to follow - in the majority of cases - when it comes to taking a concept and applying it to your business.

Any other questions, let me know. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

What is important to me is how to get customers straight out of the gate.
My web site is still under construction & I want to launch it with some impact to get traffic flowing.

What format will this customers made easy come in.?Is there any new information not covered in the Cashflow advertising manual?
The email that sent me here and got me interested in reading this weblog gave me the impression that it would be a webpage template or weblog template with a number of proforma web pages preloaded with an advertising page specific to a range of businesses. So if you were in car detailing for example, you could 'pinch' a sample ad off the web and add it to your webpage and fill in the differences.
If we are talking having more time in your business to talk to qualified prospects rather than learn how to build a website, then that would be the sort of thing that would interest me. Also, how much is it going to cost?

I have tried to sign up to your early notification list but the system hasn't allowed me to. Anyway, I do echo the comments of your other readers. I have bought other stuff and I don't have the time to read half the stuff. Beacause of time constraints, I would prefer audio CD's or MP3's. I spend significant time in my car and it is so much easier to get the info I want from CD's. Plus I don't want DVD's as again I have little time to watch stuff. I barely watch any TV let alone sit down and watch DVD's. It is for this reason I never buy high priced home study courses. I like listening to MP3 online, but I would prefer CD's hands down. I appreciate though that there probably would be higher costs associated with this. I think a two tier structure of charging would be appropriate: one for online content and one for mailing out CD's and newsletters.
regards Graham
