I forgot to tell you, but yesterday was my birthday.

Why not put together a “happy birthday” campaign by getting the birthday details of your client whenever you put together a database.

And then send out a message that reads something like this…

And I just wanted to send you a note to say how much I appreciate your business.

And to wish you a very special day.

To show my appreciation, I have this special offer for you…

Now all you need to do is spell out the special offer and you have done three things…

1. You have created rapport with your customer and made him feel special.

2. You have added more joy to the world we live in.

3. You have increased your sales because many of your customers will probably take advantage of your offer.

It’s that easy.

And as a part of my own birthday celebrations, I am turning things around and have a special offer for you to celebrate my 32nd birthday.
