This is an awesome post. It&#039;s so true that we as business owners miss out on upselling and cross-selling our customers. Once we have sold a customer, our selling opportunities don&#039;t end - they are just beginning because now we have a greater opportunity to more deeply understand what our customers want. The more we meet a customer&#039;s needs, the more profit we can make as well.
