There’s an email flying around at the moment talking about the fact Google is broken which sort of suggests Adwords is ineffective, etc.

But it’s not actually true.

Believe me, Adwords works.

However some of what is suggested in the report does have a point.

For instance, it makes sense that people are getting clever about where the ads are and are clicking on the non-paid listings instead.

… and therefore if you aren’t in the organic listings you’re missing out on a ton of traffic.

At the moment, I’m experimenting with the whole organic traffic thing.

I’ve created these blog posts and am adding a bundle of links underneath them.

The basic strategy is…

Step #1: Identify the keywords which can generate maximum traffic but have minimal competition.

Step #2: Write an article based around those keywords.

Step #3: Get lots and lots of inbound links to that web site. ‘

… and apparently I’ll get those keywords towards the top. I sure hope it works.

Here’s the bottom line in terms of what I know about the whole SEO ranking game. It involves 3 variables…

1. Content or keywords
2. Getting links to your site
3. Activity: how much traffic is your web site getting, comments on your blog, etc.

But in all honesty, I am a rank beginner in all of this.

However there is a 29 page report which talks about how to get perpetual traffic to your web site without paying for it
and you can click here to download it now.

There’s some great content in the report from a guy who seems to know his stuff, so if you need more traffic to your
web site, it’s worth checking out.

All for now,

That’s not correct. The amount of traffic or comments your site gets has no direct effect on your rankings. (There is a possible indirect effect is that if you have more people visiting your site, you might get some of them to link to you.)

Hi Adam, I’ve heard the amount of comments you get did have an impact as the more people who make comments, the greater the amount of changes / updates to your site. But it sounds like you are more of a specialist in this area than I am, so thanks for your input.
