Over the last few weeks, I’ve been at the effects of the traditional winter flu syndrome.

I think I’m at the end of it. And I can tell you from experience that it’s been one nasty experience – nastier than usual.

There’s a saying that “prevention is better than cure” and it’s only when you actually experience it that you know it’s true.

And it’s the same with business, isn’t it?

Far better to prevent problems from happening than to let them happen and then go into emergency mode.

Think about it: If you were suffering from a heart attack and you had your friend next to you, would you prefer they had training in what to do…

Or would you be happy if they had a book next to them and could learn “how to help someone having a heart attack” right then and there?

It goes without saying, doesn’t it.

And that’s why you should be always training your mind on the art of business.

After all, if you don’t train, you force yourself to be reactive and your odds of survival in business diminish dramatically.

Looking at it another way, if you were attacked in the street, would you want to be trained in Martial Arts?

Or do you think you would fair better by learning it right there and then?

The bottom line in life and in business is…

You either have no training and you guess… (for instance, you run an ad because your rep knocks on the door and you need more customers).

Or you have training and you have very specific ideas about what to do (for instance, you have the step-by-step guidelines for over a dozen different ways on how to get more customers because you have learnt all the strategies at http://www.morecustomersmadeeasy.com)

Don’t hope for the best next time a Global Financial Crisis comes around… or a BIG competitor moves in next door… or something else threatens your business…

Get trained today so you can beat it with a one-two punch.
